Which way will my flat notecards be set up?
The orientation (landscape/horizontal or portrait/up&down) of our "flat products" (this includes notecard, calling card and bag tags) will be determinted by our designers based on the way it looks best with the artwork & text that you've selected. If you have a strong preference for one way over the other, no problem...just let us know and we'll make it happen!

All of our "folded products" (fold over cards and gift enclosures) are set up in landscape orientation.

Help...what fon't color should I choose?
We have many colors from which to choose for that darling little name of yours! HOWEVER...we think that the color BLACK seems to compliment almost all of our designs and really make them "pop". Unless you select another color from our list, the text on your cards will be printed in black ink.

Our Return Policy
  • Personalized products are non-refundable.
  • In the event WE make an error in printing your order or if it arrives to you in a damaged or defective condition...we will offer your our most sincere of apologies and quick turn around on a reprint/replacement. Just notify your sales rep or the DFD office within one week of receiving your order and we'll get it corrected asap!
  • You will be reimbursed for shipping on re-do's, but we must have them back in our little hands before the order (re-do) will be processed (we like to learn from any mistakes or mishaps!). Please drop incorrect order in the mail - along with your shipping receipt - and we'll process it as soon as we receive (first class mail/parcel post rates only will be reimbursed).   • Non-personalized items may be returned for a refund if within 30 days of the original shipping date. The item must be in the original packaging, original box, in perfect condition and have the original invoice included for proper credit. Personalized products can not be returned for refund.
